SPIRAL SLICED GOURMET HAM
Cooking
your Ham
Thaw your ham in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
Your ham is fully cooked and may be enjoyed without further
cooking. To warm, place in a roasting pan, cover well with
foil and bake at 325 f. for approximately 2 hours or until
internal temperature reaches 130 f. (oven temperatures vary
and the use of a meat thermometer is recommended). For the
last 1/2 hour, ham may be left uncovered and a ham glaze
applied.
Removing slices
from your Ham
Using a sharp knife, start slicing across the wide
(butt) end of the ham. Spiral slicing begins a few inches into
the ham. When you reach the spiral slices, remove the portion
of the ham you just cut. Then any lengthwise cut will help
release the slices for serving.
